Ardour 2.8: Popular Linux DAW Now Takes VST

Thanks to the work done by Paul Giblock et al of LMMS (for providing us with vestige), Torben Hohn of FST (for making use of vestige), and of course Paul Davis (for making use of FST), Linux audio users need no longer look elsewhere for salvation of their favourite VST plug-ins which they ripped bought off the internet shelves for their genuine Windows workstations.

Not only does this release come with said VST goodness, but it also hosts a number of new supplementary and complementary features on top of the usual bugfixes (significant or otherwise).
